Dylan Nicole Pinnell
Owner & Lead Trainer,
My life has always been guided by animals. From the time I was a little girl growing up in South Florida, I’ve been the person who steps in when an animal needs help; whether it was a stubborn horse that refused to load, a reactive dog no one knew how to handle, or a scared rescue on its last chance. What started as a passion became a purpose long before I ever imagined it would become my career.
With more than 15 years of hands-on experience, from competitive horse showing to advanced obedience, behavior modification, and service-dog task training, I built Las Olas Dog Training Co. on a mission that means everything to me: to keep dogs in their homes with their owners, living healthy, happy lives.
In 2025 alone, I worked with over 400 dogs—each one with their own story, struggles, and strengths. Many of them were on the edge of being rehomed or surrendered. I’m incredibly proud to say that I’ve helped save countless dogs from losing their families by giving owners the tools, confidence, and understanding they need to rebuild trust and restore balance in their homes.
My training approach is calm, intuitive, and relationship-based. I don’t believe in forcing dogs into rigid routines or expecting perfection; instead, I focus on communication, clarity, and compassion. Every dog is an individual, and every owner is a partner in the process. Together, we create a life where both ends of the leash can thrive.
Las Olas Dog Training Co. grew out of my heart and my belief that every dog deserves a fair chance. Over the years, I’ve become a resource for families across South Florida, someone they can call when they feel overwhelmed, defeated, or out of options. I’ve seen dogs transform, families reconnect, and hope return where people once felt hopeless.
This isn’t just my job; it’s my calling. And every single day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to help dogs stay with the people who love them most.
